Imorphics’ statistical modelling techniques are used in planning systems for a variety of uses in orthopaedic surgery, including the production of patient-specific instrumentation, and surgical planning for surgical robots.
The combination of joint position, flexion and extension of the main joints in the body can make planning with radiographs unreliable. Imorphics’ models create standardized positions unaffected by the patient’s disease state, or position during imaging.
